The Immigration Investor Program (IIP) is a residency by investment program created by the Irish Government to facilitate long term residency in Ireland for Qualified Non-EEA nationals and their families, which may include dependent children up to the age of 24.

Approved applicants receive an Irish residency permit (Stamp 4 permit) which allows applicants and their family to live, work, start a business, or study in Ireland for up to five years.

After the initial five years, ongoing five-year extensions of the Stamp 4 permit are available.

Applicant Qualifications and Residency Requirements

The main applicant’s legal spouse, children under the age of 18 and financially dependent unmarried children between 18-24 years old, may apply as ancillary applicants.
