Mr. Bruton is a former Irish Prime Minister (Taoiseach), who helped transform the Irish economy after he took office in 1994. During his time as Taoiseach (1994-1997), the Irish economy grew at an annual average rate of 8.7%, peaking at 11.1% in 1997, when it was firmly in what is known as the ‘Celtic Tiger’. Bruton also served as EU Ambassador in Washington from 2004 to 2009, meeting with the President and former Presidents of the United States, as well as countless visits with governors, mayors, business leaders and students in most US states to illustrate that the expanding European Union is good for the US economy and good for American jobs. He has been on the IDLF Board of Directors since 2015.

Mr. Horlick was a Board Director of Schroders plc; where he was Head of Investments and a member of the General Management Committee. From 1994 to 2002, Mr. Horlick was President and Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity Management Trust. Mr. Horlick was President of Institutional Business in London, responsible for the investment and development of Fidelity’s institutional business outside of the US and was a member of the operating committee of Fidelity International. He graduated from Cambridge University with an M.A. in Modern History.

Mrs. Murphy is Board Member and CEO of the Irish Diaspora Loan Fund, Chief Executive Officer of Taxback.com and Director of ConnectIreland. IDLF grew from the work of ConnectIreland which began as a globally unique job creation initiative from the Global Irish Economic Forum in 2011. It has been responsible for the creation of thousands of jobs. Her expertise is in inward investment and Irish economic development. She holds a first class honours degree in Business Studies.

Mr. Clune is Group Chairman of Clune Technology Group, a financial services company employing over 1,600 staff in 24 countries. He is a winner of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and the HSBC European Entrepreneur Award. With the support of the Irish Government and Irish Diaspora, Terry launched ConnectIreland to help attract inward investment to Ireland. The initiative has been very successful, and has won recognition and several awards at the Financial Times Global FDI Awards.
